The Green Bay Packers offense stalled against the Cowboys as the Packers lose by a score of 16 to 27. Aaron Rodgers had trouble finding time to throw as the Cowboys brought a disruptive pass rush most of the game. Often times late in the game Rodgers only had two available receivers on routes as the Packers had to keep extra blockers at the line. Rodgers also was unable to find room to run as he had in his first two starts. Rodgers finished the game with stats of 23 of 39 passing for 290 yards and no touchdowns or interceptions. Ryan Grant led the Packers rushing despite losing a fumble on his first carry and finished with stats of 13 carries for 54 yards. Greg Jennings had a big day receiving with 8 receptions for 115 yards.
The Cowboys and Tony Romo found plenty of time to pass on third down as the Packers pass rush was not effective. Romo and Owens did not have a great night however Romo hit on a few deep balls throughout the game. The breakdowns in the Packers secondary came against backups as Al Harris missed most of the game.
